Sadie Blackburn is an independent author who relocated from Florida and now resides in New England, where she lives with a fellow writer, several fur babies, and a fish, in what might be the world’s smallest artist’s colony. She is the author of The Pentecost Chronicles, an alternate Victorian history adventure series filled with well dressed, rebellious, flamboyant heroes in top hats and steampunk dirigibles. She is also the author of the Phantoms collection, a set of novel length ghost stories featuring brave female protagonists who face their own fears to right long-ago wrongs for the sake of phantoms who come to them for help. She has released a YA fantasy series (Storyspell), a book of poetry, a short story collection, and the first book in a second Steampunk series (The Audacious Adventures.) Sadie is a half Native American, half Irish storyteller who was born in Fargo, North Dakota, before being spirited away to Addis Ababa Ethiopia as an infant, and then to New York, where she was subsequently raised by Germans and Norwegians. Which explains a lot really.
