Big plans for 2021/2022

After the difficult journey (for all of us) that was 2020, I am excited to find us all turning a corner and life as we know it resuming some semblance of normalcy! On the writing front, I have so many exciting new projects lined up and plans for this year, and I cannot wait to share them with you! First, in March, I published Lady Luck and Miss Adventure, which is the first book in my Audacious Adventures steampunk series. Here is the official series description: Sadie Blackburn, author of the Pentecost Chronicles, presents the Audacious Adventures series of novels and novellas, a set of steampunk stories driven by - you guessed it - adventures and audacity. Beginning with the first book, Lady Luck and Miss Adventure, these rollicking tales provide humor, daring exploits, and characters who will never get lost in a crowd. The sky’s the limit, literally. Come along for the ride! This series will be a fun new departure from the Pentecost and Phantoms books, and will provide some lighthearted, fast paced fun. Not to worry, though, I am by no means abandoning my old friends! Scheduled for 2021/2022 will also be the next Phantoms book, In the Shadows of the Speakeasy, as well as three titles in the Pentecost Chronicles: Bitter Promise, The Damascus Discovery, and A Covenant of Courage. To say that I am excited about these projects is an understatement. These stories are close to my heart, and I look forward to sharing them with you!
